Yes,yes & yes. They are great when you get some schooling going on in the fall. I like them better than a trap at that time because i can get the single hook out of the fish a lot quicker than something with treble hooks.

I use this swim bait and many others to fish thick grass. Does the hook not snag easily?

They work great on A Rigs. Just use a good swim bait head with a little super glue, the tend to slide down easier.
