 Twok tomorrow.....where can I find shad?

I've been on the lake 100 times and can always find shad but never been mid winter and I'm heading there in the morning for
a full day of it and I'm worried about being able to find bait. Any suggestions? I plan to put in somewhere on the south end...holiday most likely but I need to call and ask Mac if I can even launch there

I have a net and can throw it well. I've heard they were deep and that I need to look for em on my
Electronics but seems like a major chore!!

Yep white rock or you can try fishermans supply and see if they have any fresh bait

Where in wrc? i went this morning and couldnt net anything. I hit the bends and a couple bridges

Went this morning and got about 3 gallons per throw, only kept about 3 gal

Where did you find them on the creek? I went this morning and couldnt find any ....got my net caught up as well. It was my first time out there

Where we were at you could actually see them swimming in about knee deep water right under a current break, waded to em and threw right on top of em
