Keel guard peeling off. Had it install by the boat dealership when I bought the boat approx. 1 year ago. Anyone had the similar problem happen. I have done some research on the Keel Shield and it sounds better on the adhesive side point of view. Any feed back on a good Keel protection will certainly be appreciated.

Get a Hambys. It is basically glued on with a type of epoxy. A very good shield/beaching bumper.
Dealer install only.

I'd be checking out the warranty. It should be covered and a new one provided. Your install may not have been the best.

I had a Keel Shield that had a couple of gouges and started peeling after 6 years of beaching on ramps and sent them (Keel-Shield) pictures and they sent me a new one. I installed it and it works great. It was not easy to get off of the boat, but well worth having one.
