1.0 Gizzard Shad. I fish a lot of small lakes, the smaller size kinda matches the hatch. If I go to a bigger lake like The Pines I will size up. Overall I have done really well with the gizzard shad color.

I probably throw Sexy Shad as much as any color, but Chrome Sexy shad in either size ranks right up there too.

chartreuse black, sexy shad, chartreuse sexy shad, bluegill. in that order. but that's because of where I fish most often. And the 1.0 size is a killer bait. Caught an 8.5 on Alvarado on a 1.5 sexy shad.
