I am needing to replace the bungie rod tiedowns on my 95 Javelin. And I am not sure how to do this. Any help would be great. Thanks

Easy just follow the cord under your storage. Finding the bungie cord is the hard part. I forget the name of the place I got mine Marine something?????. They have a few stores around DFW. I had to climb into the rod boxes with a flashlight. Were a long sleeve shirt fiberglass not always finished well under there. I bought 15 FT of cord and have enough to do it again if needed. PM me if you need more info maybe I will remember the name of the place I got the cord.

Buy the poly straps and stainless connectors at McMaster-Carr. The Skeeter forum on www.bassboatcentral.com will have part number. They are inexpensive plus they work better last a hell of a lot longer than the bungee straps.

Academy has the non retractable type. They are rubber and are held in place by small metal cleats that screw into the boat.

I bought a whole roll from somewhere that was posted on her. I got all my replacement parts too.

Did some searching. This is where I got my stuff. If I could stay logged on to TFF for more than one post. I would have got it for you quicker. Please fix.
