Looking for the best way to clean up the rear storage area of my boat where my batteries, pro charger and oil reservoir are located.
Was considering use gunk foam engine cleaner... Any other ideas that you have used?

Thnx

dawn dishwashing soap, it will cut the oil great. soft bristle brush where you can get one.
some baking soda if you think you have any battery acid spills.

hint when done mix dawn and water (go heavy on the dawn) and lightly coat the area then let dry. this will help keep oil and grunge from building up and it will clean much easier next time.

ran across this stuff at auto zone, super clean, for someone that has a grease/oil spot on about every stitch clothing i own, this works real good, it's a phosphate-free biodegradable cleaner that dissolves grease on contact, it can be used for about anything

Throw a couple bags of ice in there with a bunch of Ajax. Ice becomes the scrubber while driving. . Remove the drain in the parking lot.

Put a bar of Ivory soap and it will take care of it.
