I really like to fish the Gary Yamamoto swim-senko in either black or dark green....I will either Texas rig it or throw it weightless...a little on the pricey side for plastics but we'll worth it

I've always had better luck with spinnerbaits in standing timber or in areas with grass. It seems to work better if fish don't get a long look at it. In open water, they can see it coming and going. Stained water + wood = more bites
Jigs definitely would be added....and throw in crankbaits.

Silver rattletraps. Have caught trout, bass, perch, and crappie on them.

Favorite, 1/2oz football jig. I just can't get enough of the jig bite, weather it's shallow flipping or dragging/ stroking it deep. I like the 2.5 Square bill for covering water. I too need to use a spinnerbait more. It's a proven bait, and has always been good to me. I just always "profiled" it as it being too simple. I just put a combo together specially for them and will be utilizing it more. They are so versatile.

blk/blue jig, wacky rigged senko, drop shot.....these three will get you bit anytime, anywhere.

Mostly jerk baits and jigs, honestly I don’t like spinerbaits, but it is my subjective view – lot of people catch a lot with them.

I like a four inch black power worm texas rigged.
If there are bass that will catch them all year.
Also like spinner baits and deep diving cranks!
