Im fixing to try and sell my hobie pro angler amd buy a boat. I wanted yalls opinion on best new boat around 15k for the money. I want aluminum bass style 25hp to 40hp. Any help would be appreciated.

I would say look at the Tracker models. When I was boat shopping we found a new tracker at bass pro with a 40 for 12,500. I ended up with a used Nitro, but we were thinking seriously about this boat. It was a Pro 165. As far as tracker boats go you could go even higher on the models for your price range. If you want a really high performance aluminum boat look at express.

g-3 has a nice line of boats as well....when it comes to warranty etc..they are second to none IMO...

g3 or express for aluminum bass boats, I have never seen a complaint about welds breaking or any problems that were noteworthy.
tracker I have seen some doozies as well as others. just my 2 cents worth

In '95 I bought a brand new Tracker Tournament 17 with a 40 horse. I would not buy another one of their products.

I'll second the G3 or Xpress reference. Both quality built boats. Any manufacturer will have a few issues. But Tracker, and more recently Lowe, have way more than their share of problems.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space!
