We are going to try Deep Frying our Turkey for the first time this year. Any ideas, Recipes or tips would be appreciated.

Buy a Charbroil Oiless Turkey fryer and follow instruction. Not dangerous, not messy, easy clean-up and no oil to waste. Turkey will be crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside just as though it had been fried in oil. We just did a bone-in Prime Rib today for our delayed Christmas and it was one of the best I have ever eaten. Be sure to use a meat thermometer for turkey or prime rib. My next use of the oiless fryer will be a big pork shoulder roast.
