Writing this Monday night. Wondering if anyone tried Trinity Park today. I was there yesterday but the river was still muddy and the trout were either not biting or washed away. Anyone give it a try today?

I'll be there at 7:15 or thereabouts. I guess we will discover if they are still there or if they got washed downstream somewhere. There were 4 of us fishing Sunday morning, having no luck. I did see several trout rise during that time. Hope it's better today.

No good news going to have to wait until the muddy water clears up

Went out yesterday water still muddy I got nothing but those ducks are killing it they are tearing up them trout.

Just got back - no luck. Tried everything.

Saturday... Still no luck. Few people fishing, none staying long.
Hard to understand how it could be so lousy, when it was so good before the rain. That was the best trout fishing I've ever done including Brazos below P.K. and Lower Mountain Fork at Beavers Bend. It was that good. For two days.

Did you see any of the birds eating them still?

Cormorant

I went out there on Tuesday, the water still milky and there are about 50 big cormorants. Fished for about an hour with no nipple, none came up for air... guest they all gone so I left. Waiting for the next one at the Bryan Irvin.
