I have caught might near everything that has been listed but the weirdest thing with out question was a manikin. A red headed one at that, when the arm came up I didn't know exactly what to do cut the line or reel it in. Not funny till about a year later

Pair of jeans, t-shirt, rod and reel, resin lawn chair, toilet seat, tire, a bra {I'm sure there is a story behind that...} and the run of the mill trash.

Outboard motor downrigging at Braunig Lake.Me and a longtime fishing buddy pulled it up,drug it to the bank removed the brass prop which my buddy kept and polished to like new later. We stood it upright on the rocks for the park rangers to find.Do not remember the brand but it was very old,had a cowling shaped like a football and I believe may have been some off brand distributed by sears.(25 HP)Oh I almost forgot,2 black bass on 1 rattletrap,2LB. and a 3Lb.up river on choke canyon near the windmill.Thought I had a hog.

My rod and reel combo that was dragged into the water a week before. The most awesome feeling after seeing it disappear into the black waters. Another time I caught a huge snapping turtle. Lost my $8 Spro frog.

Caught a 4 1/2 ft gator on a top water frog while fishing canals in south florida..I was using 50lb braid so I got it to the boat and got a pic and released it unharmed..my son caught a nice 15" crappie that still had the hook in it from my rod that it had pulled in minutes earlier..the nice.part was I got my rod back.

I was bank fishing on Lake Lewisville casting a baby brush hog and got a hit. After setting the hook, it didn't act like a bass or any other kind of fish I had caught before. It fought pretty good and when I got it to the surface, it was a 4 ft. water moccasin. It had the bait halfway down its throat. Needless to say, I cut bait and the snake head.

Caught half a bass half swallowed by a water moccasin. He was fighting mad. Also caught a piston arm from some old motor.
