Ok, so last guide trip I noticed gas in the water after cranking up the first time, after the initial time I did not see anymore. Well any gas in the water is too much. So you guessed it off to Tracker she goes. After a few min. Trey finds the bad line, and it is ordered. Left the boat there on Friday, get a call from Gary on Tuesday thinking great the boat is ready. Welll it isnt, and they came across something that made me shutter. The hinge side of my swing away trailer was completely cracked through. Meaning the boat and trailer could have come apart from the truck at anytime. (Ok that might be a bit more dramatic that it actually was, but it was still an issue) Now I don't think that they just happened to find it, I think they do a front to back check on everything that comes into their shop, thats just how they do things! So they offered to take my boat off the trailer so I could take the trailer and get it welded which I did. So the next day when I got back with my trailer, the part had just arrived and as I stood there Trey put it in as well as a few other things I asked them to do. I know I have said this before, but if you have a boat, and you don't take it to Tracker, you are doing yourself and your boat an injustice. I challange anyone to find a better service department, but don't waste your time the guys at Tracker get it and care about taking care of the customer. A big thanks to Jim, Gary, Trey and the rest of the crew there. Hope yall have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

James

that's good, but i'm getting the run around/blow off treatment myself, and all i did was inquire about the wood floor warranty on my 05 pro 175 back in september, still no word. the carpet is starting to go and when i took it for a quote, i was told the wood floors were rotting and needed replaced before new carpet was installed, i also asked about a newer model frt livewell and got that info, but nothing on the floors yet, my opinion is a little different, lol

I'm wondering why an eight year old boat would still be under warranty.

yeah bob, to answer your question, when i bought the hull, i was thinking i was told the wood floors had a 10 year warranty, so i asked, either way, an answer would have been sufficient bob

Sankyttx, I will try to find out what is going on with your boat. I don't think our shop here in Austin has had the opportunity of trying to help you out. I would like to have the serial number of your boat and your contact info. If you are the original owner of the boat the decks came with a limited life time warranty. I will not be able to find out what the details are until 01/02/2014 due to our store being closed for Christmas. Please feel free to contact me today until 12:00 or when we re open in Jan.
