I ordered these the other day and got them in quick. If you need decent alarms, this is it. They are affordable, easy to use and solidly built. I tried them out as soon as I got them and I am quite impressed. The body of the alarm is coated in a type of rubberized plastic that has grip so your rod doesn't slide off easily. They use a 9 volt battery which I think is much better. I am proud to support this Texas company.

I got a set of these From ACG before the 2013 texas44 tournament this year. I have been using them all year since and I can say that they are a great value for the price. While a lot of alarms automatically have volume and tone knobs, these also have sensitivity which is not always an option for this price range of alarms. They have worked in freezing rain in the winter all the way up to over 100 degrees in the summer and they haven't caused me any problems at all.

Nick, if you need a spare set, these are the ones to get. I love these. I was contemplating getting a more expensive set, this was the wiser choice. I will show you them once we get together again. I bet you will be hooked on these, especially the price. There is also the set of three with a receiver for $99. Not to shabby. excellent quality.

Yeah sounds good, thanks John. I look forward to seeing them. I have a set of Optonics with an alarm that I'm not thrilled about. For one thing they don't get as loud as I'd like them to. May have to look at a switch in the future!

I was awaiting your response since you always have something to say when I respond lmao. Other people were interested in the alarms so I gave my response why buy for 20 each when you can buy 3x25. Some people try to get in to carping and buy alarms since everything is pricey why not save them some money? It Will help people that are interested get started faster.
I see nothing wrong with what I posted. Tff ain't slow because of this its slow because people use different outlets Facebook etc

While I understand that it would be cheaper to get them from ebay, I wanted to support ACG. There is some sort of mysterious ego trip with some of the few U.S. tackle stores in America that think that all competition is bad. Although these might not be made in America I certainly wanted to support an American start-up carp tackle company. Thanks to Amadeo being relatively local, I was able to PERSONALLY try out these alarms instead of gambling, like so may of us to with tackle, on an online description and hoping for the best.

It is this simple. All items that are bought over seas, like many are, have to pay shipping costs and import fees. There is no way they can afford to absorb the taxes and stay in business. Its not just one vendor but every one of them. If someone doesn't like the prices don't buy the product.

No It wasn't.I just get tired of reading bs comments made. You know how many people don't come here anymore because of you??I know of a few.I bet if your friend started a business you would try to help him out wouldn't you.Thats what friends do.You said you were waiting on me to comment well if you would post more dumb stuff then I would comment more. I think youre a joke.Always have been and always will be.

Name a few since they don't come here no more. I talk to a lot of people that don't post here no more. They don't post because they don't have time or just don't because of Facebook instagram etc
