ZX for speed and fishabillity lots of room.. FX for all the pro add ons and bling great platform. iClass for comfort and safety, it fishes like a dream. If I could swing it the 21 iClass would be it for me.. Choosing what to buy is purely a matter of opinion from one buyer to the next, obviously...

ZX. Great platform and fishability, maybe the best on the market for those two things. What else do you need?

What about the ride? Doesnt the FX have a much better ride in rough water?

I've spent a bunch of time in all three models and each has their own characteristics ZX is a great platform and what all modern boats should be graded on I class is has the ride and a great sized deck and options FX is a hybrid to me. I don't think it rides as good as the iclass or fishes as good as the ZX. But still great at both They will all get you there but Looking at the money invested and the return. It's hard for me not to get a ZX since I spend the majority of the time fishing
Jut gotta look at what your looking for Take the test ride and decide on what your priorities are

The FX is completely different from any other skeeter. It seems to have a dryer ride than either the ZX or I. I guess I would agree with Fish Killer, the FX is a hybrid of the two, kind of morphing both of the best aspects of each boat. but then increasing the "kick a$$" factor by 10!! Simply put the FX will easily outperform the ZX and I class.

I have a ZX250 and it is great. Has a a lot of room to fish from and rides good. I got to recently fish out of a FX20 and it was a bit tighter, it seems that the one foot difference came from the area directly behind the trolling motor tray. The ride was awesome and it handled well, it was a sporty type ride. Find a Skeeter dealer and test drive them, pick the one that fits you best.

My ZX has a very good ride and fishes excellent. I dont get wet. Mine is a 2010 with standard switches, fuses and simple wireing. I have been a mechanic for 35 years I like simple stuff. In a pinch I could walk in just about any parts auto parts store and buy something to make my boat work. While electronic dashes, electric locks and the like are cool, they are expensive to fix a I cant go to ABC on saturday and buy a dash pannel just to get a live well going. Just my 2 cents. I rode in a FX with a professional driver and wow!!!

I came out of a champion206 and into an FX 20....I absolutely love the boat, I would say it rides 75-80% as good as my champ, but much more responsive in rough water, all in all I like the boat a lot, I like the look of the FX better than the other models, but all are great boats. I have my 12' Fx for sale now for a new 14'

Personally I love my i class, I think the FX's are gorgeous boats, but if I buy another skeeter after this one I'll be going with a ZX for the reasons pinesaddict stated.
My last two bass boats have been touch panels and although it's nice, if it breaks it's $$$$ where plain jane switches and easy wiring may not be quite a much bling it can be fixed for pocket change comparatively speaking.
