Need to get my fix tomorrow...either find some brush and jig or use the mirage drive to troll for whites/stripers. Anybody been out to these lately? Hoping for just a launch point and general direction!
I usually fish LBJ and Pace Bend in Travis with limited results as of late. Did manage some whites at Pace Bend trolling around Turn Back Canyon. LBJ gave me several small LMB and Guads on crappie jigs around Sunrise Beach, but not very many crappie. Any help appreciated and will report!

Dead stick for striper. Not saying you cant catch them trolling. But slower bait presentation is better in cold water. Striper see it as an easy meal with minimal energy.

You can drift at .4mph or anchor down over fish. Here is what I have been using on texoma.
