Taking my dad to dunlap in the morning. Have any of you guys had any luck this weekend? I went about a month ago but it was at night. I'm new to serious bass fishing. I have been lucky, but want to get good. So any informantion would be great. Thanks in advance.

stick to the warmer water and you will catch. jig was what worked for me.

Yea i placed 2. i lost by less then a pound i weighed in 13.8 and winning weight was 14.7 my BB was 5.4 and the winning BB was 5.14. Sucks i lost but its one of the best days I've have ever had on dunlap.

Good job George and good tip. Dunlap fished a lot tougher today than it has over the last several weeks. I hope it doesn't get tougher as it gets colder.

Yeah it was tough only had about seven bites today now they were really good bites I was just snake bit today still thinking about the one that pulled off at the boat then I had one throw my bait oh well that's why they call it fishing and not catching I guess. Dunlap is fishing real small right now they are stacked up in certain places like hot cakes just hard to trigger the bite at least for me anyway .

Thanks. I was planning to throw a green pumpkin jig at them, with a saphire worm as well. And nice pic. Looks like you had fun out there. If I catch anything worth posting I will.

Dunlap is fishing real small right now they are stacked up in certain places like hot cakes just hard to trigger the bite at least for me anyway . was it you that missed the 8#?...i was you throwing that "lure" out by the cove. i didn't pick up anything but my jig bro it was fish on after we launched. then the bite slowed down a bit and we caught our last fish about 12. had another one on right after fish the 5th keeper but he threw my lure.
