Bob Thanks guys for the replies. Bob: Acapulco is the name of the restaurant that prepared the fish for me and my brother. The restaurant is less than a mile from where I live and I eat there often. Great Mexican Food. Along with the fish they served a side salad,potato's,and Charo beans. For an appetizer we had beef fajita nachos. Oh yea two ice cold Corona beers. It just don't get any better.  "Lead Pencil": Canyon Trail-race will be getting trout stockings every Friday until January 24,2014. The best part of fishing the trail-race is eating at Granny D's.

Man that's neat! I seen they do that at the coast,but never thought of taking fish to a local Mexican restaurant! You have even more connections than I thought!

Competition!!!! Watch it, I'll come after you! Thanks Guys for the replies! If you are ever in the Universal City,Randolph AFB area stop by Acapulco Mexican Restaurant. It is the BEST! "CH": The owners of the restaurant are super people. I have known them for 10 years. They have several restaurants in the Corpus Christi area and cook up an anglers catches as well. They do a GREAT JOB!  Mark: You need to put a restaurant in Universal City!  If I lived in Kerrville,it would be safe to say that I would be eating at your restaurant a lot! It is truly the BEST place to eat in the Kerrville area. My oldest Son's wife's parents had lived in Kerrville just about all of their lives and they say the same.  They had to move to Austin for job relocation reasons.  Anyway will defiantly be bringing back the pose to pay you a visit. Also if you ever want to make a quick road trip this way give me a call!
