I'm home now and believe me it feels like summer here in Zapata. I want to give a SHOUT OUT to the staff and crew of the PTT. This was a well ran and great tournament and even though it was tough conditions Billy and I had a wonderful time . Thanks again guys.

Congrats to the winners, we had a tough go of it. Congrats to all of the PTT staff on a well run event. Looking forward to the next one.

This was for sure a top notch deal and I am counting down the days till we get back to home water. Brian, Scott and Chris congrats on the high level of success on a very closely watched circuit. Everything went as smooth as it could have considering the circumstances.
I did here of some major failures while we were licking our wounds Saturday night at the stump from our zero saterday. Heard a few boats had to be towed in and that sombody lost a motor. Don't know how legit that story was though.
Overall we had a blast and it will take several days to recover from the soreness I assure you. My boat is still soaking wet from try to fishing deep sat almost needed an extra bilge pump. We made Up some ground on Sunday with 14.7 to hopefully keep us In contention.

There was a team that had an issue with their jackplate. Didn't here anything about losing a motor.

Was told it snapped off took cables and hydro lines with it and damaged top cap...but keep in mind that could have very well been the whiskey talking and I was three shots deep in the patron as well...you all know about them fishing stories those five foot waves turn into ten foot rollers after a few cervazas......

Gary Bowie and Brian Parker had major boat problems on day 1 and had to idle back for two hours. It ended the tournament for them. I felt bad for Gary, but not Brian. :-)
