No more shad from WRC? "personally caught live bait can be used only in the water body where it was caught" It sounds like that only applies if you are keeping the shad alive to use as live bait. They are not wanting the water from one lake to be transported to another. If the shad are bagged up or on ice I think you are in the clear.

It is about the water and not the bait. Cut bait is not an issue. People who like to catch live bait at their local lake and transport to another lake for fishing is now a no-no. The striper tourney guys will be affected. Hard to regulate, kind of like enforcing bag and length restrictions.
