Had a fish fry at work today tried a couple different brands .just was curious to see what everyone likes. Mine would have to be Louisiana new Orleans style with lemon.

Another vote for the lousiana fish fry in the blue bag or you can also buy it in plastic gallon containers.

I've tried all the ones previously said, but my favorite by far is zatarans crispy southern style. I dont care for the original zatarans fish batter tho. I like uncle bucks okay too.

For light and crispy fish; WHITE cornmeal seasoned with Lowerys season salt, pepper, lemon pepper, and garlic powder. Soak filets in cold water and pat dry with paper towel before dusting in corn meal. Fry and enjoy!

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach
