I need a new one, and Santa is watching.

I use this one and like it real well. It has a couple of clip options. I clip it to my wading vest and/or my PFD.

My everyday carry knife is a CRKT Convergence but it appears to be discontinued Will this be a fishing-only or EDC?

I've carried a Gerber multitool for the past four years on my hip and no longer carry a separate knife. I find it works great as both a fishing and around the house work tool.

I carry a bear grylls folder every day but have a fishing specific one handed gerber multi tool. Absolutely love the multi tool, light easy to open and it has smaller jaws for removing hooks.

Kershaw makes several great knives that have clips and open one handed so fast you think they would be illegal.
Some people go to church and think about fishing. Some go fishing and think about God.

This one has been a great seller for us. I carry one like this along with others I own.

I like the Kershaw Ken Onion line of knives. I use the Scallion around the house and the 1475 ST for heavier duty. In the old days, I carried a pocket knife all the time, but have gotten out of the habit after 9/11 and the new restrictions on air travel.
