Had a lot of stuff to do this morning but such a pretty day. Just had to get out a little. Got on the water a little after 2
Looked for a couple of hours with very little luck. One hear and one there but not much. Finally found a few on a ridge under some birds. Only had 15 minutes before we had to meet a man to pick up some slabs. Ended up with 24 I caught mine on ole ugly slabs and flies. Tex caught a few on a tail spinner. Left them biting. They were working on top all over the lake from 5 till we left.

I went out Sat. afternoon and found a decent school in 27' out from the point that leads into the LakeVeiw and Harbor one slough. Never can remember the name. All on a char/white old ugly slab. Only one double and they had to play with the slab about 4 times before they would take it.

KARL: Big carter and little carter slough. I think is what you are thinking about. I can't ever remember the marina on the left as you go in. It is not lakeview that is where you put in.
