Does anyone have any idea what time they are stocking Greenbriar? I can't get ahold of anyone at the Fish and Wildlife dept to find out. Thanks!

Easy, just look for the packed parking lot and the elbow to elbow bank fisherman. And that will be when its stocked.

I don't know how they managed to find smaller trout than they stocked last year but they did.
Fun for kids I guess.

If you pay for a fishing license, the locals will piss you off real fast here. Stringers of over limit fish without the thought that you helped pay to put the fish there. Can't stand that place. Sorry for the rant in advance

If you pay for a fishing license, the locals will piss you off real fast here. Stringers of over limit fish without the thought that you helped pay to put the fish there. Can't stand that place. With today's cell phones, feel free to get a picture of the offenders, preferably with a pic of the license plate of the car they leave in. Wardens can't be everywhere. It's our job to help them out when we can.

Nice size today. Four big netfulls and a plastic basket too. Three beauties in the oven right now. Mmmm... Easy limit in 45 minutes. Or less.

yep we did well on em ourselves in the rain and mist Friday .... 11 trout 4 catfish later afternoon ...2 hours kept our 10 larger trout ... gave 1 cat and one smaller trout away released the other 3 cats .... lost at least 3 nice fish as well ... seemed like ok size trout to me ....
