I was wandering around the bulletin board at DanBlanton.com and saw a thread Craft Score Store and you fly tiers need to check this out. One of the left coast guys by the name of Jay Spencer has found some grizzly colored craft fur that is available at Hobby Lobby. I had no idea that anyone was making this stuff. Looks like I now have another excuse to spend some time wandering around a Hobby Lobby again.

I bought some grizzly craft fur at Orvis Arlington before and during their store closure. It's cool stuff.

Dale, there are several of us grizzly old guys who use craft fur, but I guess that's not what you were referring to.

Mickfly: I resemble that remark. I have not had a chance to hit the hobby store yet, but the picture the guy posted in color reminded me of those Whiting saddles for tying trout flies that were bleached tan and white grizzly which looks pretty cool to me. I think it has potential for tying clousers on George's old 60 degree bend jig hooks.
