I got a 1999 stratos a few weeks back. I have done a little research and figured out they don't have fuse boxes they use resettable breakers. The only problem with that is I can not find a resettable breaker in the whole boat. The nav nights don't work and the switch doesn't light up I plan on replacing the switch, but I am suspecting the issue may be a breaker, but I can't find it. any suggestions?
Thank you for any replies.

I have a 1998 stratos and it has push button resettable breakers at the console. There are light switches on the console and at the bow on mine.

Heres a pic of my console the nav light switch is the bottom right next to the ignition. I have it half way pulled out. Does this look similar to yours? I have looked all under the console and at each individual switch and still cant find anything. Could you tell me in reference to my console where your breakers are located are located?

Totally different from mine. Those are reset breakers behind the steering wheel running horizontally right under the graph.

Did you check the switches on the bow? My boat the switches on the bow and the switches on the console kinda work together.

Heres a pic of the bow. The little lights to the right indicate if the aerator is on or not and I assume that the switch to the left of them was the aerator switch since it was next to those lights, but the writing that indicates what it is, is faded. The switch on the far right is for the trim. The wires are not hooked up to the switch that I thought was for the aerator. If this is for the lights and is not hooked up could it make the whole light system not work? The guy that owned this boat before me did a number on the electrical I have already fixed half a dozen things, this is the only one I haven't been able to fix yet.

Did you find the wires that hook to that switch? You may have to reach under where the nav lights hook up and find the wires and see if they are hooked up. Also the socket the nav light plugs into could be bad or nav light itself may be bad. There should be some wires that plug into that switch. I don't know if it is for aerator or lights. The rocker switch at the console for the lights should be a 3 position. Middle position should be off, one direction should be anchor light and the other position should be anchor and nav lights.

There are hooked up and run back to the console no where to hook up to that switch. I did get the nav lights working I am not sure what I did though, but the anchor light is still a no go. Bulb looks good, but going to replace it to be sure. Switch doesn't light up when you switch it to anchor mode, but it does when I nav mode, however the anchor light still doesn't come on. I have a switch coming in Monday maybe that could be the answer?
