anyone aware of a place to load a 21ft fiberglass boat safely on either lake?

Oak Cove Marina and Fisherman's Point Marina on Richland Chambers are both usable. Be careful on the Lake as it's a little over 8' low and Treetops and Sandbars are in places you don't normally find them when the lake is at Pool Level.
Steve, If you're wanting Hybrids I'd go to Tawakoni. The White Bass & Catfish bite was good before the Front on RC.
