We have 4 options. Unfortunately we have little time to notify everyone and some have put time in pre-fishing.

1. Run the event as scheduled.

2. Run the event at a later time the scheduled date. Say 8:30am to 4:30pm. I like this one.

3. Reschedule to next Saturday which is the 30th of Novemeber and is one of the biggest hunting weekends in Texas.

4. Reschedule to a date in January.

3 or 4 work for me.

I am no fair weather fisherman . If I was there would be no reason to tournament fish. It is what it is. Putting it off there is no guarantee the weather will be NY better. I sure didn't want to fish in tournament when it was 100+ and no wind. I think we should change those days as well. Just suck it up. Just my two cents worth.

Tournament will run tomorrow as scheduled. Registration begins at 5:30 am at the Minnow Bucket Restaurant.

I highly recommend toasty toe adhesive heat packs. I place one on the top and one on the bottom of each foot at the toes. They are really thin and have kept my feet warm while fishing in 20 degree weather. I also recommend one on the backside of your glove on each hand if you can fish with gloves.

I loaded up on toasty toes and hand warmers for you guys. Diane will have them at the registration table.

The weather was cool on Lake Fork today but the fishing was hot for the nine teams that came out today. Bass were biting shallow, mid depth and deep today. A few teams reported non stop action all day with one team boating a limit in the first six cast and boating 50+ bass for the day. There were some solid slot fish caught today but no overs.
1st Place Verlon Croney and partner Randy Ingram set the bar high with 5 for 10.52 with a 2.46 BB earning them $480+$80BB
2nd Place Larry and Gregory Allen had 5 for 8.66 earning them $160
3rd Place Troy Clemens and Shawn Burris with 5 for 7.79
4th Place and 1st in the side pot Josh Priest and Jeff Spraque with 5 7.69 for $180
