Beautiful SAL awesome coloring. Congrats !!
Speaking of 4 lb test and crappie fishing.
I starting using a setup this year to target smaller bass and at the same time use for crappie. Power Pro braid 2lb dia. 10lb test. Have landed many in the six pound range w no
problems properly set drag should work for even heavier fish.
I use a 2 inch swim bait.

Haha unbelievable wish I could be as lucky as the angler that caught two monsters! Congrats. Hope he does not expect this every year. He stated he only thought it was his biggest bass to date???? Man that had to be miss quoted.

Bobber, if you are a die hard crappie fisherman why do you have a bass in your photo instead of a nice crappie. Just saying. Save a crappie, but photograph a largemouth.

Way to go Steve? Just proves that as long as you know how to use your equipment you can catch almost anything.

And for all the pot stirrers, have the decency to give the man some credit. He didn't even post the topic.
