OP Dutch1947 Extreme Angler D Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 2,100 North, TX	I spent the last two days fishing Tawakoni. Yesterday we found some reasonably productive brush piles in 22 � 28 feet of water. Mrs. Dutch and I took HogOn for a two hour tour. We caught a Hybrid or two, some nice Cat Fish, and lots of Crappie. We brought home 34 Crappie and released everything else. Today, Squeaky invited me to tag along with him in his boat today. We worked the same brush I fished yesterday, but today was a bit tougher. Not as many fish on the piles, and when it clouded up, the Crappie totally shut down. Squeaky took 22 nice fish home for his freezer. Squeaky Scores a Double!!! The fish are close to the bottom. They seem to hit a pink jig head the best. Slab Bandit Blue Boy and Black Shad caught the most fish today. Yesterday we caught several fish on Jigum's Gold Body Blue Tail Feather Jig. While the last two days were productive for us, they were certainly not easy. Don�t let the pictures fool you, there were times when the boat ride felt more like and E Ticket ride at Disney Land.
