I've had a couple of PM's asking if I was still alive and I am, but tired!!!! Been fishing non-stop for several days and for good reason! The mama hybrids are showing up in certain areas and they are already egg heavy, fightin' hard and biting really good. Most days we are getting between 25-50 hybrids all the sandbass you want to catch....and yes, tons of catfish.

Dead Sticking has begun and fish are being caught all over the lake. RSR LURES is now pouring their own flukes and they are super tough. With a solid body they just don't hardly wear out. Better news is, the fish love'em.

I can't remember the fishing being this good since last May...and even then I don't think it was this consistent w/ this many big fish. Stripes are showing up too...we caught 3 today.

Be careful out there, it's really dangerous. Lots of low water spots and some of the main lake humps are literally inches from the surface and they have stumps on them. Also, the stocked hybrids are now reaching sandbass size and their are tons of them being caught all over the lake. Be sure to look at the tongue patch if you have questions.
