That is terrible and I feel terrible for his family but I have always told my family that is how I want them to find me. In the boat doing what I love doing the most.

I just checked my driver's license and the date of birth doesn't say I'm 85 so it wasn't me...joking aside, I hope I pass when I'm doing what I love. Prayers to the family

85 years old, launching his boat heading out to tear up fish. Godspeed Mr. Cox, you have my respect. This is the true definition of going out doing what you want to do.

I went out with JD that day. It must have happened after we left the marina. JD got a call while we were out telling us about what happened. I thought that was the way a fisherman should go, anticipating a good day fishing and then your in the presence of Jesus Christ. We pray for his family.
