My wife Julie & I went on a half-day fishing trip with guide Dannie Golden on Lake Ray Roberts. We caught over 80 sandies and took home our limit of 50. Plus Dannie caught a hog Crappie on a chartreuse slab amongst feeding sandies! They were hitting on the drop and often we'd get bit on the way to the bottom, due to Dannie's knowledge & skill putting us on the fish. My wife often refers to herself as the "cooler" when I take her fishing (she thinks her presence causes us to catch less fish) but on this day that spell was broken! Dannie took the time to explain the fishing pattern and how to find them on his electronics. His fun & personable character made the fishing experience even better.
