Hesitates to start, idling a little high. I pulled the codes and it said the TPS was out. I replaced it, and the problem was not solved. I have also replaced the crank sensor and 1 of the Oxygen sensors. Have no clue what to try next.
any help would be appreciated.

My help would be to say "take it to the dealership". You probably would have saved money by now .

Take it to a shop you can trust so they can read a live data read out. On something like this the auto parts stores are only going to give you a code and some of those codes can mean and be related to 10 diffrent things, but all fall under one code number. A shop or dealer would have a machine to read the live data to see what componet part of the code is throwing the check engine light.

In my experience Dodge usually require parts bought from the dealership. Typical auto parts usually don't work. Same with Jeep. If you don't have a scan tool you can check with a volt meter. should be 5v reference and a good ground. The feed back wire generally at idle should read .5v and go up smoothly as throttle is opened.

This, a Snap On Solus is worth it's weight in gold in situations like this. As for does it happen to anyone else, my wife's truck does the exact same thing, I've been down the same road you are on and now she just deals with it til I buy her another car next year. They seem to be cursed with this issue like the early OBD1 Honda's were with high idle and surging issues.

Have you checked for vacuum leaks or a bad idle air controller
