Need a decent net man, Mark? ..... peep

Actually have a gentleman that is visiting from Indiana that I am fishing with for 2 days. He has never seen Fork and judging from the excitement in his messages he is chomping at the bit. Hope the fish gods smile down on the boat tomorrow and he gets a PB.

Would u mind sharing your setup when fishing a jig? Rod, reel, line, jig type, weight? And anything else that could be useful and or helpful. TIA.

Dobyns Champion Extreme 744FH or 745FH with Daiwa Tatula Type R spooled with Seaguar Red Label 17 or 20th fluoro. Rod depends on jig weight and line depends on cover. I like the high speed reels on flipping.

I still feel bad about that other guy losing his PB. Just pulled off that square bill.

The heck with a jig bite today....lol...had 2-3 bites on it but not anything special. They did however destroy a square bill today. Lots of schoolers and lots of bites just had to move around to get bit.

Mark I feel like less of a hack knowing we had the same results today. That was our experience this afternoon.
