Alight guys... I understand after calling Merc that the four beeps when spaced out about 2 minutes apart could be because of water in fuel / low voltage / Oil sensor float.
Replaced the battery with another 800 cca / 1000 mca
Drained fuel in reserve and found a few small drops of water in the fuel
Oil reserve tank on motor is full. If it is the float, I am told to replace the tank.
Assuming the water I found in the reserve is the issue; what is generally done about it? I put HEAT in the tank to try and evaporate the water out. Again, assuming this is the issue. I ran the motor with fuel disconnected to burn off what is left in the engine.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

The water will do it but you need to get the water from under the fuel filter. Their is a small water trap under the red top castellated fuel filter in the top of the VST. Then add an inline water filter between the fuel tank and the motor. I prefer the filter that has a water drain [censored] on bottom of it.

I will try that tap. I pulled the line at the bottom of the reserve and drained from there. I thought about the hex tap but never bothered checking it thinking the line at the bottom would drain that area too. I will throw on a inline water filter as well.
thanks
