10. If your skin already resembles rhinoceros hide you may not want to go bass elite next year. (me)
9. If your only sponsor thinks the Zebco 202 is state of the art ...
8. If you are tired of breathing 2-cycle smoke and are thinking 4-stroke ...
7. If you bawl like a baby with back-pain after only 4 fours of throwing 5 oz swimbaits ...
6. If you really aren't having fun going 80 mph in 30 degree air temps ...(me w Jeff Gilmer)
5. If you've been off the water only two days and feel you've lost touch with the fish...(quote from Jason Christie this year)

Where else can you pay to do a job that could pay you nothing? Its definitely a hard way to make a living or not make a living. Ultimately its about going up against the best there is.

You just can't afford it, even if they are the best fishing lessons money can buy.
But all 13 things you mentioned are dead on correct.

Yeah Mark thanks for your support. I got to admit this was a lot funnier last nite when I was full of beer.
