Life jacket loaner station or tree is great to see if you forgot or are short a PFD. I understand that Alaska has them at every public boat ramp. I spoke with a couple people that said it saved their hide when they got to the ramp and found out the were short PFD's. Alaska's is "Kids don't float" program. Virginia had them too surprised the hell out of me the first time I saw them and what surprised me even more is here were jackets on them all the time don't think they had a problem with theft
