I actually put this to a test a couple of times.

I fished a row of docks that I know there are fish on
First with uv then with my regular watermelon red.

First pass with uv three fish one decent
Second pass with regular seven fish three decent
Third with uv two one decent

About the same result both times.

Not very scientific but didnt empress me.

Could of been because of confidence factor
The color difference or action
But they didnt stand out as the go to lure to me and increase my catch rate.

So for me not worth the money. Someone else may be whackin em though.

Color-C-Lector, banjo minnow, laser lure.

At one time I could put together a timeline of the greatest gimmicks in fishing. Escapes me after this long evening of work-

Bought a few of them. Not impressed at all. Don't like the texture of the bait nor the smell. You can have mine, they are sitting in my garage.

It's another color that bass can see. The price may not be right for the weekend warrior who really doesn't care about catching more fish. Personally, I've never caught more fish in my life, including a win on a UV 10" worm this summer.
One major difference is the bite. I no longer get that tap tap when the fish is trying to figure out what is eating. My bite is a simple swim off, its in the mouth and I'm setting the hook.

I have a color C lector in my shed. Belonged to my dad when I was a kid.

Idk if the UV stuff works. But the baits seem to do fine I have used their senk style baits becauE they are usually on sale somewhere and they have done just as good as my other Senkos. I'm only using their black and blue color

Thank you for checking out our website. However, we don't sell UV TightLines on our website, only offer a link to theirs. The owner of TightLines has been very helpful to us and we do a few shows together like the Texas Tackle and Hunting Show in Mesquite.
The original thread asked for info on UV. You wouldn't ask a Ford guy what he thought about the Chevy you were thinking about buying. I use UV plastics a majority of the time (I will admit not always). I believe they catch more fish. I definitely didn't respond to the thread to sell anything.
I got into this business to help tournament anglers win more money. Nothing makes me feel better than getting the pictures and success stories from people using our baits. But as a business owner, I'll admit I stink as a sale man. I'm not very good at the hard sale. Use our baits, don't use our baits, doesn't matter, just get out there and enjoy the day.

Use em, don't use em, the original poster asked for opinions and some offer theirs and get bashed for it...don't see how that's helping.
