HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN ON LAKE PALESTINE.
We received 6" of rain since Wed morning and the lake should be in the spillway shortly. We are now in the plus column for year to date rainfall for 2013. Got even more than 6" at our house on the lake. Checked the spillway on way home from work, just starting to run over. Full for the winter!  That really is a beautiful thing. We may not have as many fish as the other lakes, but we got more water! Lol

Jpowell too??? That's it gonna start heading to Lake Palestine!!!! Wait, where's that? Yeah son, that's my home lake. I would say come catch a few with me, but these past few times I've been I've caught squat. Been catching a few decent crappie. The lake can be aweome but is also very very humbling lots of times. Different world from tawakoni and cedar creek.

Rub it in some more. This was what was foggin in palestine , might makout the mud line..
