Hello everyone, this will be my first ever tournament. Im looking forwrd to this. But i have a few problems with how im goning to approach differnt lakes and ponds. I figure i should goto a pond first and catch a quick 5 fish, then head to a lake and look for bigger fish.. I still havent found a good pond latley and i havent been on a consistant bite at the lake since late summer. So I guess im just a bit intimadated, and overthinking it..I should go fish and have a good time doing it, easier said than done.. Good luck to all fishing.

If your going to fish this tournament with the intention of winning your going to need to focus on BIG fish, just catching 5 average fish won't get it done. Go to lakes where there is potential to catch big fish, Fork, Crocket, Mill Creek, or even Purtis Creek. Hope this helps. I'm not saying ponds aren't good you might have a gold mine in one of your spots, I just think this tournament will be won fishing a lake with large populations of big fish.

My prediction is 105" wins. Definitely will take over 100" to get you in the mix. If I didnt have to work 7-7 this Saturday I was considering giving it a shot.

I don't have any idea what it will take to win but keeping something in the strike zone for the most hours given the 24/7 format will be my focus.

+1! It seems like everytime I go there I catch one over 5. In fact last time out I caught 2 over 5lbs lol. Most people don't like Arlington but its one of my favorites. Arlington has some pigs...
