I did exactly that when a guy threatened to call the game warden on Hubbard. I pulled the number up told the guy the wardens name and gave him his number and asked him if he would like me to call for him. The look on his face was priceless.

In all the years I've been fishing I only encountered one bad seed. I was on Lake Waxahachie in the early 90's and an old man came out of the house, ran to the end of the dock and told me to leave or he would shoot me. I told him to come on the boat and I would take him for a boat ride in the stumps. He didn't like that too much and ran in the house for his gun. When I saw him come out he had is pea shooter and I had my .45. He decided to go back in sit back down in his rocking chair...:)

I was out there this weekend and saw that sign as well. Thought it was pretty funny. Also on the map posted above if you look just to the south you see the canal with 2 bridges crossing it. (Island Cove and Island Ave) There are no trespassing signs on the bridge on both ends when you go under. I could only assume they are trying to keep people out of that canal. I trolled through, but it was very shallow nothing happening.

I think I would have to fish that every single time I went to that lake.
