OK, Gentlemen

here is what I have compiled as far as food volunteers.
if you are on this list please confirm that you are still good to go on this.

If I missed anything or anyone, or someone wants to volunteer for the remaining items, post up here.

food list- volunteer.

Brian N- 120 dove breasts/ ceviche stuff

Charlie Williams- Bacon,jalepeno, toothpicks for above, onions & tortillas for breakfast tacos, tequila

Mark Kyer- cookies, brownies, tuna & kingfish dip, cheese

Bill jr.- Pico de Gallo, pre-cooked breakfast pastries., hot links

Bobby Jones- condiments, crackers & bread

OldTrackster- 2 doz tamales ( more is fine too...)

Boyd V. paper plates SOLO cups, & plastic ware

Bill Brown- Mac & Potato salads, fruit

Jim Martin- "pork is covered"

Joseph- ADOBO chicken or pork or both is just fine

John Wakemon- beef brisket

Mike Izzo- Breakfast kolaches & sausage

Brian Shipman- tequila

Brian Hefty- tequila

DayOne- Eggs & juice



we still need to consider an
xtra 30# can propane for the grille

Brian .... When in Progreso the other day all of the tequila in plastic containers were unsightly .... torn labels, smudged ink, hand written notes on labels, etc. so I didn't get any. Jim and Joe woulda been pizzed.

Anyway .... Billy and I are somewhat going together as one. Please add to our stuff besides what you have here....

Picante sauce (besides the pico), Onions and pickles. Snacks, crackers etc for tuna spread. I'll bring some bread too.

No one ever answered my question on whether or not I should bring the electric skillet so I am packing it anyhoo.

I have 4 dozen ready so I think we have the tamales covered. We will need cheese for breakfast tacos and brisket.

Hey Dayone, if you have time you might want to crack and scramble all the eggs and put into a container. saves a lot of time and mess on the boat... that's what i did for the summer trip and it worked out great...

Do you need papertowels? another bottle of teq...? Will bring hydrogen peroxide bottle to protect cuts against fish poisoning..
