 lavon abandoned boat ramp

So I went to fish at the abandoned boat ramp on the east side of lavon just north of little ridge, and there is a sign posted that says, "restricted, keep out." Restricted to or by who? Is that the same as no trespassing? Anyone have any information on this? Thanks.

Fished that spot several times and have always just considered
that sign as valid when the boat ramp and old park was operational.
Caught some decent fish there before. Good Luck if you head out there.

You could also call the Corps of Engineers office to make sure it's
alright . It's always better to get permission than to ask for forgiveness later.
