Hi,
I planned to be there this Friday morning at 9am. Anybody uses this ramp yet? It's operated by Corps of Engineer.

If its operated by the corps of engineers I'm going to say no, since every other COE lake is closed.

I went last Friday. It was opened and only 3 boats were there. Got skunked though.
