I don't know if anyone wants to go tomorrow evening but I am leaving out of Hiport at 5:30. PM me if you want to go, I figure if we get a few boats out there it would be some pretty effective fishing and a fun way to meet some fellow Texomans.

Sounds good but you have to remember.... If you spend more than 3.7 minutes in one spot, or have more than 1.2 boats in the same area....

You are about to have 67 guide boats all around you....

But that does work both ways..... The guide boats packed up on each other do draw one or two regular ppl in.

Dang is it that bad? I remember when most everyone practiced proper lake etiquette. Uncle Junior used to make sure anyone fishing near him was made completely aware of what proper fishing etiquette was. Never heard of anyone argueing the issue after they had a look at who was addressing them.

Shoot, it use to be "bumper boats" around late April to late June when the stripers would school on the surface down by the dam and work their way up to Little Mineral, 100 boats jockeying for position when the school sounded and popped back up again a hundred yards away. Those were the days, my friend, when the average striper was big.
