The link provided a lot of information, just not what I was looking for. I may contact TPWD, to see what they can offer.

Almost ALL of the river banks in the TTZ (Trophy Trout Zone) is private. You are only allowed acces at paid access points. From there you can wade up and down as long as you are in the river.

For the Put and Take you can get free access at the dam and wade down river and also at Camp Huaco Springs.

Another option is to search GRTU Lease Access program. Its about $175.00 and it offers you access to private land through a lease aggrement. However this is again inly to acces the water for wade fishing not for bank fishing.

The TTZ also has mountain breeze which is free access through the TPWD lease access program.
