Was there on Friday and two of us caught over 60.

Up until about 8:00 we caught them over grass in 3 to 5 feet with suspending long A's and then in the same area with 1/4 oz jigs with rage tail craw trailers.

After that we fished c-rigs with watermelon candy finesse worms on all the general structure from 10 to 20 feet. Fish were scattered. We couldn't find any really grouped up.

Good luck and post your results.

Donnie, thanks for the report. Sounds like you were in the action. THAT'S AWESOME!!!! What a fun lake. Do you recall what the water temp was? I know it varies in location and time of day, but in general....Good luck taking those cancer kids! That's special. My Dad is a cancer survivor. I get teary-eyed thinking of the day he's gone...but feel blessed for the quality time we spend fishing.

http://ryanwagsfishing.com/ Let's go catch some fish! **Videos on my site's home page.

The water temp was in the high 70's/low 80's over most of the lake. We did fish briefly in the discharge where the water temp was 99. Caught two on DDCB.

We went to FCL today. Yes, there is "grass" in certain areas. We found it mostly on the east side. Fish in the grass is a whole other thing.

Not good for us at all. I hears several people complaining about the fish bite. I did speak to a guy at the launch that said he had a good day. He said had caught about 20. He said his catch had no pattern at all.
