Lake Austin- Friday AM report Gene invited to pre-fish on Lake Austin. It turned out to be a good morning. However, due to a Austin Police Department bass club tournament next week, I have been advised not to say much until tournament is over. So, I caught a 9.05lb (24.5"), 5.49 and other nice bass on Friday am. Gene caught a bass near 8lbs (23.5"), too. It was one othose days where I figured out the pattern and repeated it. It was awesome to see Gene catch a big bass, net several big bass of mine. I enjoyed every minutte this morning. Hey I saw you Saturday I was fishing up river I. The silver zx225 I came I. Third in are tournament with 14.45 and also caught a 15 lb blue after I saw you.
