Where can I locally buy a cast net that is at least 7'? Ive called academy and the biggest locally they have is 6' they say ! I bought my last 7' from them but all of a sudden they dont have any in the metro!

Those are too costly for my blood. Went yesterday and there still there lol! I might have to take one off there hands from the look of things...

Got mine from BPS also. They sell a 2 year protection plan which is just about the best thing ever for castnets. 90$ net +20$ warranty Then after you ruin the first you grab a new one and get the 20$ protection again and now after the initial 90 you're just paying 20$ for a new net everytime. Last time I brought them back the rope with just main lines left and they accepted it.

I just ordered a lee fisher bait buster but the mesh is smaller than I was wanting. I'm planning on returning it unless someone wants to take it off my hands 7 foot 3/8 mesh.

They have an ss 1000 7 footer at Walmart down here for like 40 bucks

I just ordered 30 of the Lee Fisher nets. I got the Mako, 7', 3/8"mesh with 1 pound lead weight per radial ft.
I ordered 10 extra nets if anyone is interested. Nets should be here next week and I am selling them for 55.00 each. If you order one directly from Lee Fisher Nets, you will pay over 60.00 including shipping.
