I made some last night that was purdy good. Lightly dusted with fry mix, egg and milk washed and coated with seasoned corn flakes and panko crumbs, baked. It sure was good.

to funny yawl .....
the green stuff is romaine lettuce , we were a bit short on ingredients ,
I used a mesquite something kraft product that's available in the grocery store ...its basically cheese and crumbs that you mix and roll the fillets in ....
you can also do your own version with bread crumbs and parmesan
lightly olive oil the pan , preheat the oven to 350 and then bake them about 20 minutes ....probably a little less if the fillets are smaller and maybe a few minutes more if they are larger fillets ....
warmed up white corn tortillas. chopped some lettuce added a bit of shredded white cheese and put a touch of a salsa verde that is spicy and very tart ...
short time frame , pretty easy , very yummy ...last but not least
consume ....
